Aye Chihuahua...Cheese

Since my last two posts are about cheese I think you get that our family LOVES Cheese!! And anyone that knows anything about good Mexican food knows that the best cheese is Chihuahua cheese. Unfortunately for some reason no one in AZ knows what Chihuahua cheese is and so therefore we cannot get it here. There are cheeses that come close but just aren't right. I was watching a cooking show the other night (Mexico-One Plate at a Time) and all of a sudden I hear the guy talking about Chihuahua cheese!!! I was ecstatic and at the end of the show was a promotion for V&V Supremo Chihuahua Cheese! I immediately got on the computer and contacted the company to see if there was anywhere in AZ that we could get it. The company got back to me and said it is not out our way yet but he would send us a sample. Today our dreams came true and we got our "sample". Not only was it a sample but it was an almost 6 lb block of pure deliciousness!!! Now the next thing on my grocery list is some corn tortillas and we can divulge in the best quesadillas this side of the border!
Now only if I can get someone to ship me some good Chineese food, gyros, and pizza puffs I would be set!
