What to do on a rainy day......

Last night Laura Belle wanted popcorn....but she wanted real popcorn, not the microwave stuff. Since Laurel is the Queen of making popcorn I called her and she walked me through it. To my surprise it turned out GREAT! What I didn't realize was how much it made!!! It made 2 huge bowls of popcorn. We only ended up eating the smaller of the two bowls. Instead of throwing it all away we saved it and made caramel corn today. It worked out well too because it was raining today. After making the caramel corn the kids enjoyed it while playing the game of Life.
