Cookie Monster

Every week in Kenni's school someone different is the cookie monster. That means the cookie monster gets to bring in their favorite snack. This time Kenni picked Brownies with powdered sugar on top. He was in charge of mixing the brownies. Of course Maddi had to help too. She was also the taste tester.

We had to make two batches. The first one went well. Then while waiting for the 1st batch to cook, Kenni decided it was a good idea to take the bag of mix for the 2nd batch and jump on it! Well pop went the bag and poof went the mix all over the floor! I managed to salvage some of it that stayed in the bag and just kind of guessed how much oil/water to add. They turned out tasting fine but were on the thin side.
